参芪强心口服液对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡、Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察参芪强心口服液对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡及Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄法构建大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,术后4 w后开始给药,给药后1月结束试验,观察药物对心肌细胞凋亡及Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。结果参芪强心口服液能促进Bcl-2蛋白表达,明显抑制心肌细胞凋亡。结论参芪强心口服液可能通过促进Bcl-2基因蛋白表达、减轻心肌细胞凋亡、逆转心脏重构的发生、发展,改善心功能。
