Zr-1Nb合金管水腐蚀斑影响因素分析

摘要 对两种工艺加工的Zr-1Nb合金管样同釜进行360℃,18.6 MPa长期水腐蚀实验,当进程至210 d时工艺1管样出现白褐色斑点,工艺2管样则呈现出良好的腐蚀性能。为此,使用TEM及XRD对其进行组织结构分析。分析结果表明,工艺1管样中仅存极少量的四方相氧化锆(t-ZrO2),过少的四方相氧化锆促使氧化膜出现裂纹和脱落现象,宏观表现白褐色斑点,而管坯热挤压温度超过Zr-1Nb合金相变点,组织中有β锆存在,在冷变形退火后析出的第二相分布和尺寸大小不均是导致腐蚀斑出现的主要原因。 Zr - 1Nb zirconium alloy tube specimens prepared by different process ways were exposed to neutral aqueous solution at 360℃, 18. 6 MPa. For the process 1 specimens, the white-brown spots appeared on surface when the test lasted 210 days, but the process 2 specimens were well. Through using X-Ray Diffraction(XRD) and TEM, the results show that there is a small number of the tetragonal zirconia( t-ZrO2 ) in process 1 specimens, promoting oxide film cracks and falling off the surface. The main reasons of the corrosion spots are the extruding temperature beyond the phrase transition temperature of Zr-lNb, existence of β-Zr, uneven dispersion and size of second phase panicle, etc.
