摘要
依据作用机理分类,对临床使用的主要抗蠕虫病药物的抗虫谱、作用特点进行概述;同时,根据寄生虫的感染类型进行药物治疗分析,提出最佳的治疗方案;对抗蠕虫病药物的常见不良反应进行总结,提出相应的药学监护建议。
This paper reviews the anthelmintic spectrums,function characteristic s of clinical used anthelmintics according to the classification of reaction mec hanism.At the same time,the medication treatment is analyzed according to the in fection types of parasites and the optimal treatment regimen is proposed.The com mon adverse reactions of anthelmintics are summarized for providing the proposal of pharmaceutical monitoring.
