摘要
高校图书馆既是知识资源的管理者,也是知识资源管理的对象。以图书馆的创新建设为视角阐述了图书馆知识资源的内容,分析了图书馆知识资源管理的必要性,提出了图书馆知识资源有效管理的对策,以期为提高图书馆的服务水平提供理论依据。
University library is not only the manager of knowledge resources but also the object of the management of knowledge resources.Taking the innovation construction of the library as the visual angle,this paper expounds the contents of library＇s knowledge resources,analyzes the necessity of carrying out knowledge resources management in library,and puts forward some countermeasures for realizing the effective management of knowledge resources in library for providing theoretical bases for increasing library＇s service level.
