摘要
从高校发展的内在需求、解决农业难题的外在要求以及自然人文等方面的相似性,探寻云南与清迈高等农业教育交流与合作的基础;从政治和思想因素探讨影响交流与合作存在的障碍;从国家、社会、高校的发展分析了交流与合作的必然趋势;并从"研"与"学"、"产"与"用"等方面来探讨云南与清迈高等农业教育广泛而深入的交流与合作方式。针对云南与清迈的高等农业教育的交流和合作,向政府和农业高校提出了意见和建议。
This paper tried to find out the foundation of the exchanges and cooperation in higher agricultural education between Yunnan and Chiang Mai from the internal development needs of university,external demands of solving agricultural problems and the possibility based of similarities in natural and human;explored barriers to influent the communication and cooperation from the political and ideological factors;investigated the inevitable trend of universities’ exchange and cooperation from the development of states,society and universities; and discussed the extensive and deeply way of exchanges and cooperation from the ＂research＂ and ＂learning＂,＂production＂ and ＂use＂;at last,put forward suggestions and advices to the government and the agricultural universities,according to the practical problems of exchanges and cooperation in Yunnan and Chiang Mai.
