摘要 根据电磁场水平极化波和垂直极化波的反射系数和折射系数表达式,分析了高空核电磁脉冲(HEMP)传播到海面后,在不同极化时的反射系数和折射系数随入射波角度和频率变化的规律。 According to the reflectance and refraction coefficient of horizontal polarization wave and vertical polarization wave in electromagnetic theory,it was analyzed how the reflectance and refraction coefficient of two polarization waves were changed with the angle and frequency of incident wave when high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse(HEMP) reached on the sea surface.
