摘要
分别采用一次投料法和计算机模拟分批投料法制备甲基丙烯酸甲酯/马来酸酐共聚物[P(MMA-co-MAh)],通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、热失重分析(TGA)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)进行表征,比较了这两种方法制备的共聚物在结构和性能上的差异。GPC测试表明,一次投料法和分批投料法对产物的相对分子质量影响不大;IR和NMR测试表明,分批投料法制备的产物的组成是均匀的;DSC测试表明,一次投料法反应前后期制备产物玻璃化温度存在差异,分批投料法反应前后期制备的产物玻璃化温度基本相同;TGA测试表明,在400~550℃时,分批投料法制备的产物的热稳定性较好。
The copolymers of maleic anhydride(MAh)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)were prepared by once feed and batch feed method based on computer simulation.The structures and properties of the copolymers prepared by two methods were compared through the characterization of infrared spectroscopy(IR),1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).GPC showed the products prepared by two methods have little difference on their average molecular weight and thermal stability.IR and 1H-NMR showed the composition of batch-fed copolymer is homogenous.DSC showed the glass transition temperatures of once-fed copolymers obtained during the different reaction time are variety,however,the glass transition temperatures of batch-fed copolymers are similar.TGA showed the thermal stability of batch-fed copolymer is better than that of once-fed copolymers.
