摘要
目的建立补肾强身片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为SHMADZUVP-ODS C18,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸（28∶72∶1）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.16032~1.6032μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.64%,RSD=0.87%。结论本法简便快捷,结果准确,重复性好,可以用于补肾强身片的质量控制。
Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of icariin in Bushen Qiangshen Tablets.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and SHMADZU VP-ODS C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid（28∶72∶1） at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detecting wavelength was at 270nm.Results The linear range was 0.16032～1.6032μg（r=0.9999）;the average recovery rate was 99.64%,RSD=0.87%.Conclusion The Method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for routine quality control of Bushen Qiangshen Tablets.
