摘要
目的：提高基层医院急性心肌梗死患者的康复质量和满意度。方法：将2009年1月~2010年4月入住本院心内科的48例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组24例采用传统方法进行护理,观察组24例按临床护理路径表进行护理。结果：观察组较对照组在疾病知识掌握、情绪稳定、遵医行为、二级预防能力和对护理工作满意度等方面均较高（P〈0.05）。结论：在基层医院对急性心肌梗死患者应用临床护理路径进行护理是一种行之有效的工作方式。
Objective：Improve the rehabilitation quality and the satisfaction of the patients with acute myocardial infarction in the grassroots level hospital.Methods：48 patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group randomly,with 24 cases in each group.The traditional method was used in the control group,the observation group on care for the care of clinical nursing pathways.Results：The observation group was higher than that in the control group in the hold of knowledge and emotionally stable,and behaviors were comply with the doctor ordered,the secondary prevention and satisfaction were as a high degree（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using clinical nursing pathways to the patients with acute myocardial infarction in the grassroots level hospital is an effective way,deserve to promote application.
