摘要
目的通过检测左向右分流型先天性心脏病(CHD)合并肺动脉高压(PH)患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的浓度,探讨其在左向右分流型CHD合并PH的临床意义。方法 63例左向右分流型CHD患者按肺动脉平均压(mPAP)分为3组,分别测定肺动脉及股静脉血浆CGRP浓度,分析两者与mPAP的相互关系以及两者是否存在差异。结果 (1)肺动脉及股静脉血浆CGRP浓度均与mPAP呈负相关。(2)血浆CGRP浓度在肺动脉及股静脉无显著差异。结论 (1)血浆CGRP浓度可作为评估左向右分流型CHD患者PH严重程度的参考指标之一。(2)测定股静脉血浆CGRP浓度即可如实反映肺动脉血浆CGRP浓度。
Objective To study the clinical significance of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in patients with pulmonary hypertension(PH)associated with left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease(CHD)by detecting the concentration of plasma CGRP.Methods 63 patients with left-to-right shunt CHD were divided into three groups according to mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP).The concentration of plasma CGRP obtained from patients′pulmonary artery and femoral vein were detected.To analyze the interrelation between the concentration of plasma CGRP and mPAP and whether there was difference about the concentration of plasma CGRP between from pulmonary artery and femoral vein.Results(1)There was negative correlation between the concentration of plasma CGRP and mPAP not only from pulmonary artery but also from femoral vein.(2)There was no diference about the concentration of plasma CGRP obtained from pulmonary artery and femoral vein.Conclusions(1)CGRP could be used as a reliable indicator to evaluate the severity of PH associated with left-to-right shunt CHD.(2)Deteching the plasma CGRP obtained from femoral vein could really reflect the plasma CGRP obtained from pulmonary artery.
