摘要
卵巢癌的病死率居妇科恶性肿瘤之首,且卵巢癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重威胁妇女的生命和健康,但卵巢癌发生的分子生物学机制仍然不十分清楚。许多研究发现卵巢癌的发生也涉及一系列基因的改变,抑癌基因的研究已成为卵巢癌研究的热点。PTEN基因是新发现的抑癌基因,在大量的实验研究中已经证实,它的失活或突变与人类多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有关。
Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in gynecological malignancies,showing an increasing trend,as a serious threat to life and health of women.However,the molecular mechanisms of ovarian cancer are still not very clear.Many studies identify the occurrence of changes in tumor suppressor genes in ovarian cancer,and a series of genes have become interesting in ovarian cancer research.PTEN tumor suppressor gene is a newly discovered gene,and a large number of experimental studies have shown that its inactivation or mutation is associated with the tumor development and prognosis.
