HS690镍基高温合金脱氮工艺研究

摘要 研究了真空感应熔炼HS690镍基合金的脱氮行为,通过精选原材料,采用特种碱性坩埚,进行了一系列试验。试验结果表明:在一定的冶炼工艺条件下,可以大幅度脱氮,不同的材料脱氮结果不同。氮含量的降低提高了该合金的焊接性能,从而减少了产生焊接裂纹的倾向。 The reduction of nitrogen during the vacuum induction melting of Ni alloy HS690 was studied by using special alkaline crucible and pure raw materials.The denitrogenation ratio was different under certain condition of melting technology.So the ductile of the alloy was increased, and the welding crack tendency was reduced.
