摘要
目的观察眼外伤虹膜根部断离修复瞳孔成形术的手术效果。方法回顾性分析24例(24眼)患者外伤所致虹膜根部断离修复瞳孔成形术的效果及视力、瞳孔形状、并发症等。结果 24例(24眼)患者断离的虹膜根部位置均恢复了正常,瞳孔圆形或椭圆形。术后视力比术前均有提高;无其他严重并发症发生。结论采用虹膜根部断离修复瞳孔成形术是一种微创、安全、简便、有效的手术方式,能恢复和改善外伤性虹膜根部断离患者视功能,值得在基层医院推广开展。
Objective To observe the effect of the operation of traumatic iridodialysis and coreoplasty.Methods The clinical effect,pupil appearance,visual acuity and complications in 24 eyes of 24 patients who performed the operation of traumatic iridodialysis and coreoplasty were retrospectively analyzed.Results The iris situation and pupil morph of all patients were recovered.The visual acuity after operation was better than that before operation,no other complication occurred.Conclusions The operation of traumatic iridodialysis and coreoplasty is an invasive,safe,convenient and effective surgical measure,which can recover and improve the visual acuity and is worthy of perform in basic hospital.
