Cartoon flame simulation of simplified physical model

摘要 提出一种简化流体物理模型并实现风格化卡通火焰的方法,通过简化外力项及使用实验得出的最佳数值代替每个温度层上的浮力,避免复杂的浮力计算。通过Helmholtz-Hodge分解,分别计算对流、扩散、投影项,整个求解过程是稳定的。该方法因为减少了温度对外力的影响的计算,以及减少了旋流项的计算,速度得到了较大的提高,能高效地实现卡通风格的火焰模拟。 A simplified fluid physical model is introduced and a method of flame cartoon style is realized.Through simplifying the external force,this method can omit the calculation of the flame's buoyancy,and use the best numerical value derived form the experiments instead of the buoyancy in each temperature layer directly.Afterwards,the advection,diffusion and projection are calculated after the Helmholtz-Hodge decomposition.The whole solution is stable.Because of reducing the calculation of temperature's influence on external force and the calculation of the cyclone,the speed obtained from this method has been improved greatly and a cartoon flame is realized effectively.
