胫骨平台骨折的常用分类与比较 被引量：36

摘要 胫骨平台骨折分类方法主要包括Hohl-Moore分类、Schatzker分类及AO分类。Schatzker分类有6型,便于记忆且临床实用性强,目前应用最为广泛;AO分类详尽,分为3类9型18亚型,利于研究资料的积累。这两种分类的可重复性相当,AO分类的可信度略优于Schatzker分类。CT检查可使相关分类分型更加精确。
