摘要
兰州市是我国大气污染比较严重的城市。利用国际上较为成熟的意愿调查价值评估法,对兰州市城区居民的大气环境支付意愿进行了评估,得出居民对空气质量达到二级标准的平均支付意愿是140.97元/户/年,进一步通过单因素方差分析证明只有收入水平是影响居民支付意愿的显著因素;利用虚拟变量回归模型估计了不同收入群体的平均最大支付意愿差异。
Lanzhou is a city which gets more serious air pollution than other cities.In this article,a more mature international valuation method called CVM is used to assess the willingness to pay for the residents of Lanzhou City.It concludes that the average willingness to pay of Lanzhou residents is 140.97 yuan/household/year when the air quality reaches the grade Ⅱ.Further more,it is proved by significant factor variance analysis that the income level is a significant factor which influences the willingness to pay.In the end,through the dummy variable regression model,it estimates the average willingness to pay between different groups.
