摘要
针对目前国内超高强度钢板热冲压表面防护领域存在的技术瓶颈,研制了具有高温防氧化性、润滑性、脱模性和导热性等复合功效的多功能防护涂料。在高温下(950℃以上),防护涂料的综合防氧化效果大于91.5%,可稳定保护10 min以上,且其摩擦系数小于0.11。多功能防护涂料的使用,既避免了热冲压件开裂、起皱等缺陷,又保证了成形精度,具有很高的生产应用价值。
To resolve the problem of surface protection in hot stamping of ultra-high strength steel,a multi-functional coating with the effects of high-temperature oxidation resistance,lubrication,mold release and thermal conductivity was developed.At high temperature(above 950℃),the surface of steel could be steadily protected from oxidation which is greater than 91.5% for more than 10 min by the prepared multi-functional coating and its friction coefficient is less than 0.11.As an advantage of avoiding crack,wrinkling and ensuring the forming precision,the developed multi-functional coating has a great value for production and manufacture.
