摘要
分析了筒形支座成形工艺,设计了成形该零件的具有冲孔、胀形、弯曲等11个工序的排样方案,并进行了多工位级进模结构设计。实践表明:模具结构设计合理,工作效率高,零件成形质量好,具有一定的参考价值。
On the basis of research on the forming technique of a cylindrical support,a scheme of blank layout including 11 work steps such as piercing,bulging and bending,etc.was designed and a structural plan of a progressive die was developed.
