摘要
利用扫描电镜、能谱分析等测试手段,从微观组织、断口形貌等角度,分析了加氢热交换器管程排污管道的腐蚀原因。结果表明,该热交换器管程排污管的失效是由于大量硫化物在管内壁表面缺陷处异常集聚,并在氢氧化物的共同作用下产生缝隙腐蚀,进而出现应力腐蚀破裂的结果。
The corrosion of the sewage pipe leakage in hydrogenation heat exchanger tube has been analyzed by using scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis from the mi- erostructure and fracture morphology of perspective. The results showed that the failure mainly results by crevice corrosion, which was caused by the joint action of a large number of sulfide in the pipe wall defecting at the surface of abnormal accumulation, and the hydroxides. The crevice corrosion causes stress corrosion cracking results.
