雄性激素源性脱发的“升”与“降” 被引量:5

"Ascending" and "Descending" of Androgenetic Alopecia

摘要 从中医升降理论探讨雄性激素源性脱发的治疗。认为本病先天不足,阴阳失调为本,湿浊不降,清阳不升为标;治以升清降浊,调整阴阳之法,使阴阳各居其位,各尽其职,阴平阳秘,则头发可生。 Based on the TCM theory of Ascending and Descending in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia,it is considered that Earlier Heaven insufficiency,Yin and Yang imbalance is the essence of this disease,undescending of turbid Yin and unraising of Clear Yang is the exterior symptom of this disease.The method of descending of turbid Yin and raising of Clear Yang and adjusting Yin and Yang will keep Yin and Yang in harmony,and make the hair growing.
