摘要
采用实际生产电解槽的1:1000规模,控制阴极电流密度450A/m2,电积液温度37~40℃,电积液中的Zn2+浓度53~58g/L,硫酸浓度170~180g/L,连续电积48h,研究了骨胶对长周期锌电积的直流电单耗、电流效率和阴极锌表面质量的影响。结果表明,吨锌骨胶加入量控制在0.1~0.3kg,可以使48h锌电积的槽电压保持在2.99~3.05V,吨锌直流电单耗2820~2860kW·h,而电流效率均高于90%,所产阴极锌表面光滑致密;吨锌骨胶加入量超过0.3kg将使锌电积的直流电单耗显著升高、电流效率明显降低,且所产阴极锌表面粗糙、生长大量突瘤、颜色暗沉。
The effects of glue on power consumption, current efficicncy and physical characteristics of zinc deposits of long period zinc electrodeposition from acidic sulfate electrolyte are studied. The volume of the electrolyzer used in the test is of one thousandth of the electrolyzer used in workshop. The electrowinning experiments are ongoing for 48 hours, with the current density kept at 450 A/m2 , the temperature of elec- trolyte at 37-39℃, the concentration of Zn2+ at 53458 g/L, the concentration of HzSO4 at 170- 180 g/L. The results show that the per ton zinc dosages of glue of 0.1-0.3 kg will lead to cell voltage of 2.99-3.05 V, per ton zinc power consumption of 2 820-2 860 kW · h and current efficiency above 90%. The deposits morphology of zinc are smooth and compact. The per ton zinc dosages of glue of more than 0.3 kg will lead to significant increase in power consumption, and decrease in current efficiency. The deposits morphology of zinc are rough, dull and with much dendrites.
