摘要
目的初步探讨-80℃冰冻保存血小板1个月对血小板CD62p表达的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪检测12例健康献血者-80℃冰冻1个月前后血小板CD62p的表达率。结果血小板CD62p表达率冰冻前后对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血小板加终浓度为5%DMSO,在-80℃条件下冰冻保存1个月,对血小板的活化功能无明显影响。
Objective To investigate and analyze the CD62p expression of platelet at-80℃ froze preserving.Methods Using flow cytometry（FCM） detection,12 healthy donors CD62p express rate of platelet before-80℃ freezing and one month after freezing.Results CD62p expression rate freeze in platelet showed no statistically significant difference before and after freezing.Conclusion Add the final concentration of 5% DMSO,at-80℃ under the conditions of frozen preservation of one month,platelet activation function has no obvious effect.
