摘要
外寒属病因范围,为阴邪,易伤阳气;性凝滞,主收引。内寒属病机范围,是阳气虚衰,机能减退的一种表现,又称虚寒,其中阴寒为标,阳虚为本。冠心病的病因病机与内寒、外寒的关系密切,是重要的发病机制之一。
The outside cold was within the scope of etiology.It was one of the Yin-pathogen and could easily hurt the Yang Qi.It has characteristic of the cold to stagnation and its main function was to spasm.Internal cold was classified as pathogenesis and was appearance of Yang Qi failure and decreasing of body function.It was also called as deficiency cold.Among them,Yin cold was Biao（superficiality） and Yang deficiency was the origin.The etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease were closely correlated with internal and external cold.That was an important pathogenetic factor.
