变压吸附法富集低体积分数含氧煤层气的研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解决低体积分数含氧煤层气无法富集利用的问题,研究了甲烷体积分数为20%的煤矿抽排瓦斯的变压吸附富集过程。为了保证富集过程的安全,吸附过程中使用混合吸附剂,同时吸附甲烷和氧气,使得排放气和解吸气中甲烷和氧气体积分数都处在安全范围内。实验研究了吸附塔高径比、吸附时间、吸附剂比例、节流孔直径、反吹时间等对分离效果的影响。结果表明:在碳分子筛和活性炭作为混合吸附剂的体系中,其质量之比为3.4时可以将甲烷体积分数安全地提浓到30%以上,此时排放气中甲烷体积分数低于3%,氧气体积分数低于10%。 In order to solve the problem that the low concentration oxygen-bearing coal mine methane can't be concentrated and utilized,the pressure swing adsorption processes for enriching methane from the extracted coal mine methane was studied experimentally,and the coal mine methane's concentration was 20%.To ensure the safety of the enrichment process,mixed adsorbents was used,which can adsorb methane and oxygen simultaneously,so that the oxygen and methane concentration of both vent gas and desorption gas of the process were in safe range.The effects of adsorber length-to-diameter ratio,adsorption time,ratio of adsorbents,orifice diameter,purge time on the process were investigated.The results show that taking the carbon molecular sieve and activated carbon adsorbent as the mixed adsorbent,the methane concentration of coal mine methane can be concentrated from 20% to above 30%,when the mass ratio of the blend adsorbent is 3.4.At this point,the concentration of methane and oxygen of vent gas below 3% and 10% respectively.
