摘要
生态文明建设是以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央在科学发展观的指导下提出的一个重大战略思想,是中国特色社会主义事业总体布局的构成部分,是党中央理论创新的又一个重要成果。探讨生态文明建设的提出和发展、涵义和特征及其重大意义三个基本问题,对于廓清生态文明建设基本范畴,全面推进生态文明建设具有重要意义。
The construction of ecological civilization is a major strategic idea which proposed by Hu Jintao as the general secretary of the central committee under the guidance of the scientific development views, tt is a very important part of the cause of socialism with China characteristics of the general layout, and it is also a very important theoretical innovation result of the China＇ Communist Party Cen- tral Committee. Exploring the three fundamental questions including ecological civilization construction＇s proposing and development, meaning and features, and important significance is important for the clearance of the basic categories of ecological civilization construction, and comprehensively promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
