摘要 在过渡金属特别是钯的催化下,金属有机化合物和卤化物两个有机片段的高效高选择性的连接已经成为被广泛使用的有机合成方法。本文概述了2010年度诺贝尔化学奖得主Richard F.Heck,Ei-ichi Negishi和Akira Suzuki的主要研究,及其对钯催化的交叉偶联反应研究的杰出贡献。 Transition metals,especially Pd,catalyzed cross-coupling reactions from organohalides and organometallic reagents have been well developed and broadly utilized in organic synthesis.This paper summarizes the main research of the 2010 Nobel Prize in Chemistry laureates,Richard F.Heck,Ei-ichi Negishi,Akira Suzuki,and their outstanding contribution to the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions.
