他达拉非治疗良性前列腺增生症所致下尿路症状的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察他达拉非治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)所致下尿路症状(LUTS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 72例BPH所致LUTS的患者分为两组,治疗组口服他达拉非,对照组口服安慰剂,1次/d,每次10 mg,共8周。结果治疗8周后,治疗组较对照组IPSS总分值下降、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)值提高、生活质量评分(QOL)值下降(P均<0.05);最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR)基线数据接近正常,但两组差异无统计学意义。患者对他达拉非耐受良好,不良反应轻微。结论他达拉非对治疗BPH所致LUTS有效、安全,尤其对前列腺增生症伴发阴茎勃起功能障碍患者具有较好的疗效。
