农业和化学措施对柑橘树脂病和炭疽病的协同控制作用 被引量:9

Synergistic effects of agronomic and chemical measures on controlling citrus melanosis and anthracnose

摘要 经形态与分子鉴定,上海崇明绿华柑橘基地危害柑橘的2种主要病害柑橘树脂病和炭疽病其病原菌为柑橘间座壳菌(Diaporthe citri)和胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)。对2种病原菌的室内药剂筛选结果表明:咪鲜胺、咪鲜胺锰盐络合物、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、丙环唑、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟硅唑等药剂对2种病原菌菌丝生长均表现出85%以上的抑制效果。咪鲜胺、多菌灵、氟硅唑对柑橘树脂病菌菌丝生长的EC_(50)分别为0.018、0.059、0.057μg/mL,对柑橘炭疽病病菌丝生长的EC_(50)分别为0.066、0.073、0.266μg/mL。田间试验表明:咪鲜胺、多菌灵分别对柑橘叶片炭疽病、果实沙皮病(树脂病危害果实症状)、枝干树脂病均表现出显著的防治效果,一间一的间伐措施可以明显减轻过度密闭柑橘园柑橘枝干树脂病的发病程度。 The pathogens of the two main citrus-damaging diseases(melanosis and anthracnose) in Chongming L(u|¨)hua Citrus Base were morphologically and molecularly identified as Diaporthe citri and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,respectively.The indoor tests showed that such fungicides as prochloraz, prochloraz manganese chloride complex,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,propiconazole, difenoconazole,tebuconazole and flusilazole could reach over 85%in inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of the two pathogens.The EC_(50) values of prochloraz,carbendazim and flusilazole were respectively 0.018,0.059,0.057μg/mL for D.citri mycelial growth,and respectively 0.066,0.073, 0.266μg/mL for C.gloeosporioides mycelial growth.Further field trails indicated that prochloraz and carbendazim had an obvious control effect on citrus leaf anthracnose,fruit sand-paper(symptom on citrus fruits caused by D.citri) and twig stem melanosis.In addition,one-by-one intermediate cutting could reduce the incidence of melanosis on twigs and stems in overgrowing citrus orchards.
