摘要
通过分析比较几种雨流计数法的优缺点,建立新的雨流法计数模型,对混凝土泵车臂架的载荷时间历程进行了雨流计数,实测数据表明,该方法能准确统计出载荷时间历程中的应力循环,克服了原有计数方法的局限性。
According to the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of some rain-flowing counting methods, the paper establishes the new model of the rain-flowing counting method, undertakes the rain-flowing counting for the loading capacity time process of the concrete pump vehicle with aims, proves by the observed data that the method can accurately calculate the stressed circle of the loading time process, and overcome the limitation of the old counting method.
