Imaging-based Network Consultation Platform, invested by Hospital Alliance, provides consultation services for difficult digital imaging such as CR, CT, MR, etc. It could be used to effectively integrate medical resources, to improve the medical service level of the first-and-second-class hospitals, to reduce medical accidents, and finally to benefit citizens.
