摘要
目的:研究痰热清注射液不良反应发生的情况,为临床用药提供警示。方法:通过文献检索对23篇文献涉及的38例痰热清注射液所致不良反应进行总结分析。结果:痰热清注射液所致不良反应临床表现包括过敏反应、过敏性休克、头昏恶心、腹泻、高热、肾功能异常、呼吸困难、喉头水肿等,其中头昏恶心和过敏反应占较大比例。结论:临床医师、药师应重视痰热清注射液的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective： To study on the adverse reactions of Tanreqing Injection. Methods： Adverse reactions involved in the literature on 23 of the 38 eases caused by Tanreqing Injection were analyzed through literature search. Results： Tanreqing Injection clinical manifestations can induce the adverse reactions including allergic reaction, anaphylaetic shock, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, high fever, kidney dysfunction, difficulty in breathing, laryngeal edema etc, dizziness, nausea, and the allergic reactions occupied a larger the proportion. Conclusion： Clinicians, pharmacists should pay attention to adverse reactions of Tanreqing Injection, persist in rational drug use.
