无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭失败原因分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的分析无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭失败的原因,以利于合理使用无创通气。方法通过对应用无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭,56例失败患者资料进行分析。结果 56例无创辅助通气失败原因中低氧血症不能纠正占57.14%(32/56),分泌物过多影响通气占17.86%(10/56),面罩漏气不能耐受占7.1%(4/56),痰液过多致通气失败占17.86%(10/56)。结论提高无创辅助通气的技巧,选择好适应证和动态严密观察,是提高无创辅助通气技术成功率的关键。
