摘要
临床教学是护理教育不可缺少的组成部分。随着我国高等护理教育的飞速发展以及大量合同制护士的聘用,传统的临床带教方法已不能满足临床与教学的需求。文章结合实践介绍了护理临床三阶段管理模式在临床带教中的应用及其效果评价方法,同时指出它在解决临床带教师资缺乏及保障临床医疗安全方面起到了重要作用。
Clinical teaching is essential for nursing education.With the rapid development of higher nursing education and large-scale contract-based employment of nurses,the traditional clinical training can no longer meet the needs of clinic and teaching.This paper introduces the utilization and effectiveness evaluation method of three-stage administration mode(TSAM) in clinical nursing education.Meanwhile,it points out that TSAM can play a key role in solving the deficiency of clinical teachers and ensuring the safety of medical services.
