摘要
聚羟基脂肪酸酯(Polyhydroxyalkanoates,PHAs)是微生物在营养不均衡的条件下合成的细胞内能量和碳源储藏性物质。因其可以作为生物塑料具有完全可生物降解性而倍受关注。本文综述了近年来聚羟基脂肪酸酯的研究进展,包括PHAs的聚合体和单体、产PHAs的微生物种类、以及对聚-β-羟基丁酸酯(poly-β-hydroxybutyrate,PHB)的改性研究。
Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs) are synthesized as intracellular carbon and energy storage compounds by bacteria under the unbalanced nutrition condition.Researchers pay fully attention to it because it is biodegradable and can be used to produce bio-plastic.This paper reviewed the research advance of PHAs in recent years,including the polymers and monomers of PHAs,bacteria used as biosynthesis of PHAs and the modification of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB).
