摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的疗效。[方法]164例眩晕,分成对照组和治疗组,对照组78例,口服氟桂利嗪和眩晕停治疗;治疗组86例在对照组治疗的基础上服用中药汤剂加减,两组7天为1疗程。[结果]治疗组痊愈率为81%,总有效率为95%。优于对照组56%,81%。(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗眩晕疗效确切,效果好。
[ Objective ] Observation TCM -WM Treatment of Vertebral -basilar artery insufficiency caused by vertigo. [Methods] The 164 cases of vertigo were divided into control group and treatment group, control group 78 cases, oral flunarizine and dizziness stopped treatment ; treatment group of 86 cases in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of addition and subtraction take two groups 7 days to a course of treatment. [ Results] The cure rate was 81%, total effective rate was 95%. Than the control group 56% , 81%. （ P 〈 0.05 ） [ Conclusion ] TCM - WM Treatment of vertigo precise and effective.
