摘要
目的:观察越婢加半夏汤加减联合西药治疗肺炎所致MDDS患者的临床疗效和对患者血清TNF-a、IL-6、CRP的影响。方法:将25例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组患者均予西药规范治疗方案,治疗组除予西医规范治疗方案外加服中药越婢加半夏汤随症加减,2组均以7 d为1个疗程。观察治疗组全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患者的MODS发生率,和对患者血清TNF-a,IL-6和CRP等指标的变化。结果:治疗组在临床降低MODS发生率、对患者血清TNF-a,IL-6和CRP的影响方面,均比对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医规范化治疗基础上,越婢加半夏汤加减能够改善患者的临床症状,降低患者MODS发生率,可能与其能降低患者血清TNF-a和IL-6的水平有关。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yuebi plus Pinellia Decoction combined withwestern medicine on the treatment of SIRS patients caused by pneumonia with serum TNF-a,IL-6,CRP effects.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group.Both 2 groups were treated with western standard treatment programs.The treatment group was added with Yuebi plus Pinellia Decoction.7 days was a course of treatment.The changes took place in the MODS incidence of SIRS patients in the treatment group and the indicators of the serum TNF-a,IL-6 and CRP in the patients.Results: Compared with the control group,the incidence of MODS in the treatment group clinically reduced and the effect of the serum TNF-a,IL-6 and CRP in the patients also lowered.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the standard treatment in western medicine,Yuebi plus Pinellia Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduce the incidence of MODS in patients,which might be related to the lowering of the serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels in the patients.
