摘要
目的:研究VEGF,p53和p21ras在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)的表达和三者间的相关性及其与HCC病理分级,转移行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法对34例HCC的癌组织中的VEGF,p21ras和p53的表达作了研究。结果:VEGF,p21ras和p53三者在肝癌和癌旁组织的阳性率均有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),VEGF的表达与p21ras和p53均呈显著的正相关(P<0.01)。三者间的协同表达亦与HCC的病理分级和转移行为有关,而与肿瘤大小,AFP水平,HBsAg阳性无关。结论:VEGF可能在HCC的形成,发展和转移中与p53和ras基因协同作用,三者的协同作用可能与HCC的病理分级和转移行为有关。
Objective:To study the correlation between expressions of
VEGF,p53,p21ras and cell differentiation and metastasis in hepatocellular
carcinoma(HCC).Methods:34 cases of HCC were selected for this study.Expressions of
VEGF,Mutant p53(M53)and p21ras pro-tein were synchronously detected and compared by
immunohistochemical S-P method.Results:The positive rates of VEGF,Mp53,p21ras in HCC
were very significantly higher than that of PT(<0.01).VEGF and Mp53 protein were positive
simultaneously in 17(50%)in HCC which had positive correlation(P<0.01);VEGF and p21ras
protein were positive simulaneously in 22(64.7%)which had positive correlation too(P<0.01);A
signifficant correlation was found between the coexpression was associated with the degree of
histologic differentiation and metastasis behavior in HCC,but not with tumor size,AFP levels and
HBsAg infection.Conclusion:The results showed the expression of VEGF was related with p53
and p21ras.The coexpression of them may be useful marks for evaluating the malignant
degree,the metastasis and invasive ability of HCC.
