摘要 研究主要以Visual studio 2005为开发平台,利用ArcGIS Engine 9.2组件库进行GIS的二次开发,通过分析平台溢油应急的实际需求,建立了渤海石油平台溢油应急决策支持系统(OSCOP-DSS)。该系统具有空间数据和属性数据的查询管理、用户管理、应急资料及设备应用的查询、溢油应急模型操作及系统管理等功能,为石油平台溢油应急和平台管理提供综合性服务。 The study was based on the development platform of visual studio 2005.The secondary development of GIS was progressed by ArcGIS Engine 9.2 component library of ESRI,analyzing the actual demand of oil spill contingency at the platform.The support system(OSCOP-DSS) for Oil Spill Contingency in the Bohai Sea at the oil platforms was established.The system had the functions including the query management of spatial data and attribute data,user management,query of contingency information and device information,operation of oil spill contingency model and system management etc.It provided the integrated services for Oil Spill Contingency in the offshore oil platforms and platform management.
