摘要
介绍了制备高固含量的淀粉胶配方、工艺条件及过程。通过正交设计选择α－淀粉酶对玉米淀粉降解的最佳条件，使胶固含量高、流动性好；再交联、接枝，以提高胶的粘结性与稳定性，满足高速卷烟用胶的性能要求。
In this paper the preparation and process conditions of corn starch adhesive with high solid content were discribed. The best conditions of the degradation of corn starch with α-amylase were selected by orthogonal test; the properties of adhesive for high-speed making cigarette were satisfied.
