The Value of SWI in Diffuse Axonal Injury at 3.0 T

摘要 目的 探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术在弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)中的临床应用价值。资料与方法搜集临床诊断为DAI的患者31例,均行常规T1WI、T2WI、液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)及SWI。结果 在31例患者中,SWI能较常规序列上清楚地更多显示脑内微小出血灶。结论 在DAI患者中,SWI可提供更多的影像信息,在诊断DAI和在治疗方案的制订中具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the clinical value of SWI in diffuse axonal injury.Materials and Methods Thirty-one cases of clinical definited diffuse axonal injury were examed by T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR and SWI sequences at 3.0T MRI scanner.Results SWI could clearly demonstrated more micro hemorrhage than those at conventional MR sequences.Conclusion SWI can offer more informations in diffuse axonal injury.It is an important clinical method in diagnosis and therapy of diffuse axonal injury.
