经骶棘肌小切口微创腰椎椎体间融合手术7例报告 被引量：2

摘要 椎管探查椎体间融合手术,可以通过前路和后路完成.但单纯前路的椎体间融合椎管减压手术,减压不完全,通常还需要进行后路的减压.手术创伤大,过程较复杂.
