摘要随着全业务经营时代的到来以及移动互联网的出现，电信行业迈入了一个崭新的历史阶段。摩根士丹利在2009年发布的《移动互联网报告》中指出，我们在两年前进入了50年来的第5个新技术周期——移动互联网周期，移动互联网的增长速度超过了桌面互联网，未来5年手机上网用户将会超过电脑上网用户。
