摘要
目的探讨影像病案信息的深度开发与应用的具体可行性方案,提出提高影像病案信息检索效率、信息共享安全和信息发布的管理与统计的解决方法。方法通过实地调查,分析出目前影像病案应用中的缺陷和不足。与行业领域有关专家座谈,讨论深度开发的方向;查阅文献资料,广泛收集国内外目前对于影像病案的观点和思想,提出可实施方案。结果目前,影像病案信息应用普遍存在查询功能有限、安全有漏洞以及信息发布缺乏有效的监控等情况。结论可以通过拓展影像病案的查询功能;权限组合管理,加强系统安全;后台动态监控调阅影像病案的记录,管理信息发布。采用上述手段,开发出影像病案潜在的效能,充分发挥出影像病案优势。
Objective to investigate feasibility plan of depth development and application of image medical records information; to propose solutions to improve image medical records information retrieval efficiency and information sharing safety and information publishing management statistics. Methods through on-the-spot investigation to analyze defeats and deficiency of current image medical records application; have an informal discussion with certain experts to talk over depth development direction; to put forward implementability plan through looking up literature materials and collect widely viewpoint and ideology about image medical records at home and abroad. Results at present, image medical records information application generally exist limited inquiry function, vulnerable safety and lack-of-monitoring information publishing. Conclusions to develop image medical records potential efficiency and give play to strong points of them by expanding inquiry function; authority combination management; strengthening system safety; accessing to them by background dynamic monitoring; manage information publishing.
