摘要
目的:提高急诊留院观察患者交接时的工作效率和护理记录的完整性。方法:参照各兄弟医院自行设计急诊留观病历及急诊留观患者交接单,实施4年。结果:交接效率提高,交接问题减少,急救护理记录更加完整,危重患者得到更持续有效的救护。结论:加强交接管理能提高急诊科的护理质量和医疗护理安全性。
Objective ： To improve the transfer of emergency patients admitted for observation when the efficiency and integrity of nursing records. Methods ： According to the brothers to design the hospital medical records and emergency observation emergency observation in patients with EIR,implementation of 4 years. Results：Of transfer efficiency, transfer problems, the emergency care record is more complete and more sustained and effective in critically ill patients in the ambulance.
