摘要
以基本公共服务理论为基础,构建了基本公共服务均等化水平的指标体系,然后基于统计年鉴数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS法对全国31省(市)基本公共服务均等化水平进行了评估和比较,最后以统计分析结果为基础将全国划分为三个区域等级,并提出了相关的政策建议。
In this paper, based on the theory of basic public services, we construct an index system for evaluating the level of the equalization of basic public services. Then based on the data from the Statistical Yearbook, we evaluate and compare the level of the equalization of basic public services of 31 regions in China based on Entropy Weighting and TOPSIS, and divide into the three regions with different ranks , and proposes policy recommendations to improve the level of the equalization of basic public services.
