摘要
目的:分析探讨手法复位及手术切开复位内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:临床观察86例肱骨髁上骨折,分别采用手法复位及手术切开复位内固定,并对结果进行分析。结果:手法闭合复位小夹板外固定组中获得满意的优良率,肱骨髁上不稳定骨折复位后稳定者,复位难度大,术后常遗留,疗效不满意。结论:采用手法闭合复位小夹板外固定可获得满意治疗效果,对于肱骨髁上不稳定骨折,采用切开复位克氏针内固定,可获满意效果。
Objective：Reduction and internal fixation（orif）on the humerus condylar fractures of the method of clinical observation.Method：86 cases were condylar fractures,on the humerus were used and the surgical reduction and internal fixation orif,and the results were analyzed.Result：Small splinting techniques closed reduction in external fixation group is satisfactory,humeral condyle unstable fractures after reduction on the stability and reset,postoperative often left effect not satisfied.Conclusion：Adopts closed reduction technique can obtain the fixed splinting little satisfaction for healing,on the humerus condyle unstable fractures,adopt open reduction fixation wires,a satisfactory result.
