摘要
目的:观察滋阴养液汤治疗虚热痹的临床疗效。方法:将78例类风湿关节炎辨证为虚热证的患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,给予滋阴养液汤治疗,对照组30例,给予正清风痛灵治疗,疗程均为60天,观察两组患者的治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀及活动情况。结果:治疗组总有效率81.25%,对照组总有效率64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴养液汤治疗虚热痹有较好的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Yangye decoction on arthritis due to deficient heat.Method：Totally 78 patients who consistent with the diagnostic standard of Rheumatoid arthritis and arthritis due to deficient heat were randomized into two groups.The treatment group,48 cases,was treated with Ziyin Yangye decoction,and the control group,30 cases,was given zhengqing fengtongning tablet.The level of joint pain,swelling and activity degree were assessed before and 60 days after treatment in both groups.Result：Total effective rate in the treatment group was 81.25%,and 64% in the control group.A statistical difference existed between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Satisfactory outcome is acquired in using Ziyin Yangye decoction in the treatment of arthritis due to deficient heat.
