摘要
中国幅员辽阔,是一个名副其实的地域大国,同时也是一个蛇类大国,毒蛇咬伤较为常见。目前,注射抗毒血清是最常见的治疗方法,但其在副作用、专一性、价格、有效期等方面却存在很大不足,而中药恰恰在这些方面具有无可比拟的优势。文章就对毒蛇咬伤的病机以及治疗有效中药的最新研究进展做一综述,以期为治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药研究及临床蛇伤救治提供借鉴。
With a vast land,China is a truly territorial super state as well as a big country of snakes where snakebites are very common.At present,the injection of antivenin is the most common treatment,but there are many disadvantages in its side effects,specificity,price and validity period,while Chinese materia medica has unparalleled advantages in these areas.This paper has reviewed the latest research progresses on the Chinese materia medica of snakebite treatment,to make beneficial reference for the research of snakebite and clinical treatment of snakebite.
