The data format of series total station of Leica TPS 1200 is firstly introduced.The data format of Ssoffice and Gpseismic is analyzed.The application and conversion method of the data format of total station of Leica TPS 1200 are accounted based on the application of seismic survey in tropical forest in West Africa and South America.
