摘要
目的:介绍焦作市第五人民医院开展临床药学的主要工作以及取到的较好效果。方法:借鉴国内外临床药学相比较,采用多种形式,开展药师全程药学服务。结果:临床药学服务成为临床医师进行合理用药的得力参谋和助手。结论:临床药师应紧紧围绕合理用药的各个方面开展工作,提高自身业务素质,充分利用现代各种资源,在医师、护士的配合下做好临床药学工作,切实实现临床药师自身的价值。
OBJECTIVE： To introduce the clinical pharmacy work carried out in our hospital and the beneficial outcomes achieved from which. METHODS： By refering to clincal pharmacy both at home and abroad, we carried whole range pharmaceutical care by variaous means. RESULTS： Clinical pharmaceutical care played a key role for clinicians in clinical rational drug use. CONCLUSION： Centered on rational drug use, clinical pharmacists should carried out work from different aspects, improve their professional quality, make full use of various modern resources, cooperate with clinicians and nurses to do a good job in clinical pharamcy and realize their self value as clinical pharmacists.
